Do you have a procedure for selecting travelers?
Yes, we screen and communicate with travelers prior to booking to ensure that only trusted tenants stay with you. We welcome serious travelers thanks to a selection algorithm based on specific criteria.
Who takes care of cleaning, preparing the apartment and handing over the keys?
Strasbourg Conciergerie takes care of the cleaning of all the apartments entrusted to us. We can call on qualified service providers during periods of high rental demand. These services are at the traveler's expense, and are paid for as soon as the reservation is made. Find all our cleaning rates on the page “Our offers".
Contract
Contract duration
The contract that binds us includes all the essential information about your accommodation, our commitments, your responsibilities and our services. This contract can be terminated at any time after 6 months, but we must honor all reservations already made during our commitment.
Owner payment date
Strasbourg Conciergerie receives no rental income. We issue an invoice for the past month's services between the 1st and 5th of the following month.
For rent
What time must travellers vacate their accommodation?
In order to guarantee your travelers a rejuvenating stay, we ask them to vacate the accommodation by 11 a.m. at the latest. This rule, even without a subsequent reservation, is crucial to enable our cleaning team to meticulously prepare the accommodation for future travelers.
Arrivals are from 5 p.m. at the latest, but we would like to inform you as soon as the accommodation is ready so that we can welcome travelers from the very first hour.
Can I occupy my apartment if it's not reserved?
During our engagement, you will not be able to occupy the property.
How many keys do you need?
To ensure smooth management of arrivals and departures, we need three identical and complete sets of keys. The first will be given to travelers, the second to our cleaning service provider, who will keep it throughout the rental period, and the third to enable us to intervene during the stay if necessary.
